Our 1999 vintage is considered a very great vintage. Priced at 63€, it enjoyed good sunshine and high temperatures, resulting in excellent grape maturation. Upon tasting, our 1999 vintage offers aromas of roasted coffee, pralines, mocha, white chocolate, and frangipane.
It also reveals notes of acacia honey, candied lemons, mirabelle plum syrup, apricots, and cherry eau-de-vie. It's an assembly of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay.
