A word from the oenologist
Carried by a corolla of elegant and light bubbles, this champagne has a brilliant yellow color with green reflections. The highly complex nose is firstly made up of ripe white fruits and white flowers.
It then opens with tale orange, pepper and dried fruits. The palate is balanced, fine and elegant with a well-chosen dosage.
This wine is made with traditional methods, but its aging on lees for six years emphasizes the expression of aromas and scents while avoiding the very dry taste often associated with young Blanc de Blancs.
This is why he is not satisfied before satisfying the generous style of the house.
